Phoned to cancel after what is widely reported on here as daylight robbery in terms of price hikes (£8.67 per month to £12.99 in my case).
I logged into my account to manage my subscription. I called the number at 12:14pm on Wednesday 6 July and while waiting to be put throughI was told they were experiencing high level of calls. The total call time was just 10 minutes and I got an email confirmation of cancellation straight after my call. They offered a good deal but I didn’t have any money in my account at the time.
Had a renewal email taking my online subscription up from £50 to £124.
