I have been with Verizon for almost 8 years as of today and I want to applaud all those customer agents that I had the pleasure of speaking with through out the years but yesterday I spoke to a representative Latoya about a very serious issue I had Latoya solved my problems in record time and explained about options that I didn’t know I had so on behalf of Latoya who called me from an 803 area code kudos to your whole customer service team .Juan P
I had verizon for almost a yr my wife wanted to try tmobile. My calls were hanging up service sucks i got the internet for the house didnt last a week got rid of it real bad. When i talk on tmobile had 1 signal i got mad. Went to a verizon store got my service back my wife said we are never leaving verizon again i said verizon is the best. My service is great no hang ups
I got my first cell phone with Verizon back in 2019 and have used the service ever since. It hasn't let me down and has been reliable for me and my family. The cost is on par with other providers and I get all the same features. I've also been able to get a discount through my employer benefits. I will likely stick with them moving forward.

I’m not very impressed with recent visits to my local VZW Corporate store in Conroe, TX. Rude personnel and dress attire that looked more like gang apparel than clothing representative of a Fortune 500 company. Since I no longer receive an employee/retiree discount, VZW will be treated like any other business. I no longer feel obligated to the company.
My experience seems to be the exception, but I had two really great customer service interactions today. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the gentleman who helped me this morning, but he was thoughtful, kind, and very helpful. This afternoon a woman named Kia helped me cancel my service before my move and she was kind, funny, pleasant, and knowledgable. I always brace for the worst with customer service but I was very pleasantly surprised.
